Cars of the future

EN-V2

Can you guess what this is? Does this look like a car? Or does it look like a vehicle that appears in Star Wars,Science fiction movies, or Power Rangers?Well, these are actually small cars! Last January, a group of spectators gathered in Las Vegas for this strange spectacle. They zipped around in these tiny cars; so small that 6 of these could fit in one parking space. These were manufactured by GM (General Motors), and many people test drove these cars. These cars were self-driving, self-parking, and comes when called. This car could also come to you if you press a button on your cell phone. These cars are named EN-V (pronounced like envy) and are a two-wheeled concept cars.

Google is known for being the most used search engine in the world. But last year the company expanded it's services and went to the road, and released 6 cars which drove themselves, but had drivers inside to make sure there were no accidents. These cars had round cylindrical contraptions on top to drive themselves. people also rode inside to specify a destination and give directions, but otherwise the cars drove themselves. These cars are faster, safer, and better, which we hope will be cars of the future. Also, these days there are many accidents due to drivers calling or texting on their cell phones while driving. For these cars, drivers could just sit back and do things on their phones without worrying about crashing. If these cars were the primary kind of cars on the road, there would be a lot less accidents, but there is also a negative side to this. I can't even imagine what would happen to the poor driver if the car malfunctioned and crashed, or even blew up. That would be a grim thing to think about, but these cars are also a better solution since they are completely electric and are better for the earth.
